What is this class about?

If you have already taken "Intro to Pole" class or have some experience with pole fitness, but are uncertain about your level, this is the class for you! You will be learning spins, climbs, basic inversions, and floor work. Not only will you have a great time, you will also get an amazing cardio and strength-training, full-body workout.
