What is this class about?

This class is all about power. If you are struggling with a move and you want to take it to the next level, come build your strength rapidly. Support your aerial journey and combine dynamic floor work, stretch bands and power moves on the pole. - Train your muscles to help prevent injury and develop strength.

Why Bodyweight Training is the Best
